On this page
We sell a product that competes with NaturalWrite, so read this with that in mind. Every NaturalWrite fact below comes from its own public pages, which we read on October 4, 2026, and links to the page it came from. Every IntactVoice fact comes from our pricing page and API docs. We make no claims here about the quality of either product’s output; try both on your own text.
Prices checked October 4, 2026, in US dollars, as shown to a US visitor. Verify on their site before you buy: NaturalWrite’s pricing call returns country-specific prices, and pages change.
What each company sells
NaturalWrite sells four web app plans and an API. We sell the API only for now: our web editor isn’t on sale yet, so this page compares the APIs and the terms around them.
API plans
On the API our monthly price is lower at every tier, and annual billing lowers that further. Detection is billed differently: ours counts 1 word of allowance per 5 words scanned, from the same allowance as rewrites, while NaturalWrite sells detection words separately (“No subscription required”).
How the APIs work
Where NaturalWrite is ahead: language support is advertised and ours isn’t, it sells a web app with more tools (a paraphraser, grammar checker and citation checker are listed on Basic), and its API page names ready-made integrations (WordPress, Make and several AI writing tools) and allows white-label use. Our terms require a separate reseller agreement for that.
Refunds, free use and data
NaturalWrite is more generous here on two counts: you can test it without paying, and its FAQ offers a refund window, though its own terms say the opposite, so ask before you rely on it. On data, the difference runs the other way: we delete your text after each job and publish how long anything is held, and NaturalWrite’s policy doesn’t give a retention period for it.
What each company says it’s for
This affects who can use each service. NaturalWrite’s plan cards list “Bypass Turnitin, GPTZero, Quillbot” on Basic and add Pangram, ZeroGPT, Originality and Copyleaks on Pro, and its pricing page invites “students, writers, and researchers”. Its FAQ adds that it “cannot guarantee” any output will bypass detection.
We don’t sell detector bypass, and our Acceptable Use Policy rules out students, academic work and government use. Our rewrite moves a draft toward a writer’s own habits and shows you the detector signals before and after; we don’t promise any third-party result. If you need a tool for coursework, we’re not an option, by design.
How to choose
- Pick NaturalWrite if you want a web app today, a free test, non-English text, or a paraphraser and grammar checker in the same subscription.
- Pick IntactVoice if you’re calling an API at volume, need long documents in one request, want rewrites to fail when a number or name changes, or need your text deleted after each job.
- Either way, test with your own drafts. Run the same three pieces through both, then compare every number, name and link in the output with your source. Our guide to checking a rewrite has the method.
Limits of this comparison
- Prices and features change. We’ll update this page when we notice, but check the date above and their live pages.
- Some NaturalWrite details (per-request limits in the web app, top-up prices, async support) appear only in its code or behind a sign-in, so we left them out or marked them.
- Our own figures describe our published API plans. We wrote this page, and we’ve tried to put every point where they’re ahead in plain view.
